Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.Send your request to hello@nano-ai.net. We confirm the outcome within 30 days.
How to request deletion
Email hello@nano-ai.net with the subject "Data deletion request". Include your name and the email address or phone number you used with us, including your WhatsApp number if you contacted us there. We may ask you to confirm that the data is yours before we delete it.
What we delete, and what we keep
We delete your enquiry records, contact details and the WhatsApp conversations we hold with you. We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and accounting records, and we tell you if that applies.
Data in a system we run for a client
If you dealt with a business that uses a system we built, that business controls your data. Send your request to that business first. We act on its instructions, and if you contact us directly we will pass your request on to it.
Apps connected through Meta
If you connected a Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account to one of our apps, you can remove the app from the Apps and Websites section of your Meta account settings. Then email hello@nano-ai.net and we will delete the data the app received from Meta.
