That same base is what makes Egypt Nano AI's delivery hub: our engineers work from Cairo year-round, not as an offshore add-on but as the team that ships production AI systems for clients across the Gulf. Separately, Egypt is also a large, WhatsApp-first consumer and SMB market in its own right — tens of millions of daily WhatsApp users, a fast-growing e-commerce and clinic-booking sector, and business owners who feel the same missed-call and missed-message problem Gulf businesses do, just priced in EGP instead of SAR or AED.

We are honest about what Cairo is to us: it is where our team sits, works, and ships from. We are not a Riyadh or Dubai office with a support desk elsewhere — we are a Cairo-based delivery team building for the whole GCC, which is exactly the model behind well-known Egyptian tech-services exporters that have grown regional and international client bases from the same city. A Cairo base means senior AI engineering talent, full-day overlap with Gulf business hours, and a cost structure that lets us hold enterprise-grade quality — Arabic dialect evals, instrumented pilots, monthly reporting — at a price point Big-4-style consultancies structurally cannot match. We describe this plainly as our delivery model, not as an outsourcing discount.

Alongside our GCC work, we serve Egyptian clinics and retailers directly — mainly in Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria — with the same two services that resonate most in a cost-sensitive, WhatsApp-first market: WhatsApp AI agents that answer customer messages, take orders, and recover abandoned carts in Egyptian Arabic and Arabizi, and Arabic voice agents that answer missed clinic and business calls and book appointments. Both are quoted in EGP on request rather than converted from Gulf pricing, because local cost structures and expectations are genuinely different here.

Our agents run on the official WhatsApp Business API — the same verified sender infrastructure we use for Gulf clients — and connect into the tools Egyptian businesses already run day to day: booking platforms in the well-known Vezeeta-style clinic-booking ecosystem for healthcare providers, common e-commerce storefront platforms for retailers, and calendar or CRM tools your team already uses. Where a business runs something we have not integrated before, custom integration work is core engineering for us, not a special request.

Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 governs how customer and patient data is collected, processed, and stored. We design every Egyptian deployment around it: consent language built into the WhatsApp or voice conversation flow, a data-processing agreement, defined data-retention terms, and no use of your customers' conversations to train shared public models. Because our engineering team is based in Cairo, data-handling questions from Egyptian clients are answered by the same team building the system — not routed through a Gulf office unfamiliar with local law.
