Nano AI is a trading name of Nano System for Artificial Intelligence LLC, a company registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt with its registered office at 53 Capital Mall, 2nd Floor, Behind the Court, Fifth Settlement, New Cairo 11835, Egypt. Synora (synoradental.com) is a product of the same company.

You may browse this website and use its free tools for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades it, or misrepresent an affiliation with us. Content on the site, including calculators and pricing indexes, is general information and not a quote or professional advice.

Client engagements are governed by a written proposal or statement of work that sets scope, deliverables, timeline and fees. Where that document conflicts with these terms, the signed document prevails. Software products such as Synora have their own terms inside the product.

Fees, currency, and payment schedule are stated in the proposal or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. Prices published on this website are indicative and may change; the price in your signed proposal is the one that applies.

Website content, branding and our pre-existing tools remain ours. Ownership of deliverables built for a client is set in that client's agreement; by default, the client owns the deliverables once paid in full, and we keep our general know-how and reusable components.

AI systems can produce inaccurate output. We design for human review where it matters, but you remain responsible for decisions made using AI output in your business, especially in medical, legal and financial contexts.

We treat client information as confidential and process personal data as described in our Privacy page (/trust/privacy) and in any data processing agreement we sign with you.

The website and free tools are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability under a client engagement is limited to the fees paid under that engagement in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction, unless a signed agreement says otherwise. We may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page. Last updated: 7 October 2026.
