Entity SEO

Entity SEO is making a business one well-defined entity that search engines and language models can recognise and connect: one Organization record with a stable @id, sameAs links to official profiles, an optional Wikidata item, and the same name, address and facts everywhere.

Search engines and AI systems no longer index only words; they build graphs of things (organisations, people, products, places) and the relationships between them. Google's Knowledge Graph is the best-known example. An entity is a node in that graph. If your company appears as 'Nano AI' on the website, 'NanoAI Egypt' on LinkedIn and 'نانو للذكاء الاصطناعي' on Google Maps with three different addresses, the systems may create three weak nodes, or none, instead of one strong one. Entity SEO is the work of collapsing that ambiguity.

The technical core is structured data. One Organization (or LocalBusiness) object in JSON-LD with a permanent @id such as https://www.example.com/#organization, referenced from every page's WebPage and Article markup rather than redeclared; a sameAs array pointing to the official LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, Crunchbase and Google Business profiles; legal name, alternate names in Arabic and English, founding date, address, contact points and founder as a linked Person entity. Where the company is notable enough, a Wikidata item with the same facts gives every system a neutral identifier to hang the graph on.

Why it matters for a bilingual Gulf or Egyptian business specifically: Arabic and English pages of the same company are easy for a machine to treat as two companies. Linking both to one @id, using hreflang correctly, and keeping the Arabic and English names in alternateName on the same record tells search and AI systems they are one entity. This is also what allows an answer engine to say 'Nano AI, an Arabic-first AI agency in New Cairo' with confidence instead of guessing. Nano AI applies this checklist to its own site and audits it for clients as part of GEO and SEO work; the honest caveat is that a Knowledge Graph panel is granted by the search engine, not requested.
