Voice calls cost 10 credits per minute, and there is a 14-day money-back guarantee. Mando is also listed on the Salla App Store, so a Salla merchant can install it without talking to anyone. Nano AI's entry point is $199 per month with a $490 setup — for a store doing a handful of conversations a day, that is the wrong tool.

Mando's positioning is that AI should handle 'the easy 80%' of support, and for a simple catalog that is exactly right. Prices, delivery times, order status and return policy are the bulk of most small-store inboxes, and a self-configured agent with a good help center handles them well. If that describes your volume and you would rather spend an afternoon setting it up than a setup fee, start there.

Nano AI is worth the difference when the agent has to do more than answer FAQs: check live stock in Salla or Zid, take a Paymob or PayTabs payment inside the chat, create the lead in HubSpot or Zoho, book into Google Calendar, or read from a clinic system through an API. Mando's published plans add webhooks and MCP tools from Growth and tickets and custom onboarding on Business, with custom logic beyond MCP tools described as hard to achieve on self-serve. The second difference is dialect proof.
